This notice explains how Manchester Sovereign (a sole trader business) uses personal information collected through this website. Last updated 15 October 2026.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the job postcode, details of your project and any photos you upload.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which acts on our behalf. If you ask about finance, we'll only pass your details to a finance partner with your agreement. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, accounting and legal obligations.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
